The author of this font is Spaz from "The Lost Boys". This looks like a red palette re-coloring of the originally blue palette font.
The font appeared (I think for the first time) in "The 3D Megaballs Screen" (Preview) by "The Lost Boys". Link: https://demozoo.org/productions/117134/.
That screen was later included in "The Mindbomb Demo", but with a different font by Spaz: https://bmf.php5.cz/index.php?font=mindbomb .
