Enhancements suggestions:
1) I like "Recently added fonts" in the main page, but there are only 5. I would like to see the history of added fonts according to date, so I can see what was added since I last visited.
2) It would be great to be able to see history of my last posts (or maybe any other user - by name), and be able to access them directly into the relevant font page. This way I can follow-up any response to these posts.
3) I would love to be able to add links to external sites for a font. maybe already have a dedicated link to demozoo for the font itself (I'm planning to add many fonts there soon), and a list of demozoo/Pouët/etc.. for demos/intros that use the font.
4) Is it possible to include in a font's page a picture of the entire font before it was cut (like in the GIFs page), if there can be a page to put all of them too, like in the original Guldkrans collection GIF page - even better.
5) Can the comments in the GIF page be updated to reflect latest knowledge on the fonts appearing there? The Original Guldkrans comments can be kept for reference and historical reasons.

BTW - great work on the latest improvements including: discussion sorting and voting! The first step to eradicating spam!

Comments with low voting reputation first get hidden, then deleted by cron. (Currently set to -2 for hiding and -10 for deleting; might wanna tune it up a bit after some time.)

@zbeng: Hi. Yep, that became due to migration. P.S. I found an older export with original dates and restored them (that date&time is in the database but right now I can only 'touch' the file's modification datetime). Thanks for pointing this out!

Rewriting the discussion boards - now sorting the most recent up; discussion form on the top; pagination.

I added a primitive voting up/down thingy; hopefully other users can vote out the annoying spam.

Hi, Why have creation and modification dates for all fonts become 2020-07-19? Is it related to the recent maintenance work?

@Chandra: See the "bmfed.zip" link at https://bmf.php5.cz/?page=support I'm affraid, though, You'll have to use the DOSBox (https://www.dosbox.com/) - en MS-DOS emulator, since the editor is compiled in MS-DOS.

As of the copyright issue, I kind of mention it in the preface... yes and no - most of the fonts are 10, 20, 30 years old and belong to the so called "abandonware" category. The following is no legal advice of mine but - if you give credit (ie. treat it under the Creative Commons-Attribution license) you should be o.k., generally speaking.

Is there an editor available for bmf fonts? Also are the fonts available on this website public domain?

@Rick Hi. Depends what you wanna do with it. These font don't work the same way as TrueType fonts - they're not supported by operating system. You can generate a picture (writing of this font, using your text) by editing the text input (and pressing Enter) in the detail page of the font you like. For more complex graphics involving these fonts you can use tools listed in https://bmf.php5.cz/index.php?page=support . Cosmigo Pro Motion is the only full-fledged application I know of that supports the BMF format.
